This niche and method is evergreen. People will always need a home and this will never die out. It has been around for many years and will be here for many more years to come.
This doesn’t require a lot of money to get started. The common misconception is that you need a ton of money to get started with CPA marketing, and while that is true in certain cases, this is not one of them.



This is white hat and doesn’t violate Facebook Ads policy. The beauty of this is that you don’t need to constantly worry about running out of ad accounts due to suspensions. Although they are impossible to avoid entirely, I’ll give you a backup plan for how to deal with this and protect yourself.
This can scale up very quickly once you reach profit. It might surprise you to hear this, but this is nearly endlessly scaleable once you reach an ROI (return of investment) of at least 50%. Focus on spending the money to reach profit - it’s worth focusing on that more than anything. Facebook’s conversion pixel will do all of the heavy lifting after about 50-100 conversions. Then it’s sit back, relax, and scale to the moon.

You are going to need a few things before we get started promoting CPA Offers

• A tracking software (google ClickMagick Free Trial)
• A Facebook Ads account (you need to set up two separate business managers, with as many accounts as possible as a safety precaution)
• Access to a CPA Network for the offers you need

Once you’ve gone ahead and signed up for the above, let’s go ahead and talk about some expectations that you need to have… While it’s a rarity, I am an honest and ethical marketer. I have to tell you that this isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme. That does not mean that it’s not possible to achieve fast results with this strategy - quite the opposite, actually. But I don’t want you to follow this method out of
desperation.
No matter which “shiny object” you chase in the online business arena, you’ll never find results if you are in desperation mode. This is simply because you are too focused mentally and emotionally on other things make it work. CPA marketing requires a little bit of testing in the beginning.

Nothing extreme in most cases (especially in the beginning)… but expect to spend a small amount of
money before you start to see results. I would highly recommend that you focus on achieving
consistent $XX profit days before going after $XXX and $X,XXX days.

The differences between them are not as many as you would think. In fact, once you get this going, it’s going to be quite easy to scale and will require almost no work to maintain it. As I will remind you of later on, never attempt to scale a CPA campaign with an ROI lower than 50% profit
(meaning that we are making $1.50 for every $1.00 we spend). If you attempt to scale lower than this, campaign volatility and market buying behaviors can cause your cash flow to be all over the place.

This is not just with my method, but with all campaigns, regardless of traffic source or method.
Anyways, let’s go ahead and get started here. I’m going to be explaining the method first and then
moving into some of the technical elements and how you will need to set things up.

The Method : Bank promoting CPA Offers with no website and no Experience

This method focuses on promoting rent-to-own (RTO) offers to those who might be looking for a place to rent or a rent-to-own program.
Do you see the screenshot below? If you take a moment to log in to your Facebook account, search for pages like this and it will give you a great idea of what we will be doing.
 
Let me actually take you to one of my first pages, where I started testing this method. Take a look at the two screenshots below.
  

I got conversions immediately using this strategy and this was before FB added all the amazing features to make this so much better. If you take a look at this video, you will see the new style
that I would recommend going with nowadays. Videos are much less expensive than images, but you can split test both. I’ve achieved great results using both.

I typically keep my ad objective to post engagement to start and then switch to conversions.The reason being that we want to get as many engagements and people tagging their friends as possible.
I also keep my targeting very broad, usually men and women 21-35. I let my data do the talking past that point. I typically always run mobile-only traffic as well. This is because mobile tends to be much more inexpensive on Facebook, especially with younger audiences like the ones that we will be targeting. The goal is to display nice looking homes at an affordable price.

If you are from the United States, chances are you know what looks like a “too good to be true” rental price. We are trying to clickbait as many people to sign up as possible, by offering very cheap rental rates for homes that look far above the normal range of the rent price advertised. In your ad copy, you can include “Type ‘YES!’ below if you are interested in this!” to get more ad engagement and implement it with an auto-reply and messenger bot.

You can then use a Facebook chat messenger bot like ManyChat to get even more conversions, by
automatically messaging people who comment ‘YES!’. They have a great tutorial on their website for how to get started, setup, and integrated with your Facebook page.
You don’t have to use a messenger or reply bot if you don’t want to, but I’ve noticed that it helps with ROI. Also, when you insert the link into your actual Facebook page post, you typically need to use a link shortener or your own domain that uses a 302 redirect to your affiliate link. In this example that I showed above, I had my own custom domain that I used, but you can save money by using a link shortener.
Now that you know the method that we are using of click-baiting users and making it appear that homes in their local area are available in rent-to-own programs or are available for rent, let’s get into the specifics.
